Dear Patients and Families,

We miss your children and their smiling faces! As an office of moms, we recognize the unprecedented impact COVID-19 has had on our children’s lives. We empathize with the changes and uncertainty they have faced – whether it be the day to day activities often taken for granted like a trip to the park, or a high five from a friend, to a milestone like prom or graduation. Like your family, our team has faced many challenges during the “shelter in place” period and are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.

As of May 8th, new guidance affecting dental offices was issued by the PA Department of Health.   This guidance allows us more flexibility in treating urgent and emergent dental needs and begins to open the door for some very limited non-emergency treatment. As per the Secretary of Health: “this does not mean a return to full scope dentistry” quite yet.

Our team has been gearing up and working hard to reopen the office in stages. We have spent these past weeks reviewing guidelines from the ADA, AAPD, CDC, OSHA, and the Dept of Health down to the finest of details, and have been making updates to our office daily in order to maximize safety for all our patients and families. In addition to already being a chartless office, we have gone above and beyond the requirements, adding cutting-edge technology that will allow your experience to be totally paperless from check-in to check out!

As we begin scheduling patients in the initial stage, we will need to focus on those with emergent and urgent dental needs, such as those in pain or those with postponed/cancelled treatment due to the crisis. During this phase, it will be necessary to see a reduced volume of patients on a daily basis, to comply with guidelines on social distancing and infection control from state and national agencies.

While you may notice many things have changed here, one thing has and will always remain the same: Our commitment to your childrens dental health, safety, and overall well-being.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this process, and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns so we may do our best to accommodate you.

We will to continue to keep you informed about our interim protocols and procedures for patient care during each phase of our reopening. Feel free to reach us by phone at 484-334-2310 or email

Thank you all so much for your continued support. We value your trust and strive to continue delivering the very best care that you have grown accustomed to over the past few years.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
